    Gorebull gear

I think i may have worked this our wrong but after giving my gorebull the following:
    Ramhorn helm
    Cacophonous
    Dirge
    Gnarled Hide
    Heavy Armour
    Shield
I noticed that he has got a 1+ save, i am hoping this is right, but I suspect that i have worked it out wronge. Anyone care to correct me?

Ram helm 6+, Gnarled Hide 5+, Hvy Armor 5+, Shield +1 adds up to 1+ save.

plus you get the +1 parry bonus in close combat to the front making it a 0+ save.

The best I have seen in fantasy is a -1+ armor save, there might be better, but I havn't looked into it really.

There are three or so armies where a -2+ save is possible, Chaos Warriors and Dark Elves I know for certain, will have to look through the books again to see if there are more.
Fantasy: Wood Elves, Dark Elves, Beastmen and Tomb Kings.
    40k: Tyranids
    LotR: Misty Mountains and Rohan

there are 2 armies where -1+ is possible but thats the best

Chaos lord on juggernaught with enchanted shield
    chaos armor4+
    Juggernaught, +3 so 1+
    enchanted shield +2 so -1+

Saurus Oldblood on cold one with light armor and enchanted shield
    Scaly skin 4+
    Light armor+1 so 3+
    Cold one +2 so 1+
    enchanted shield +2 so -1+

you cant get better than this, if your thinking the dark elf armor that gets better with everykill it says in the armor you cant get better than 1+

and chaos eye of the gods table again specifies you cant improve your armor save past 0+ using eye of the gods so doesnt work there,

now with the gorbull, personally i would go with many limbed fiend so you still have 5 attacks basic(6 with frenzy) and a 1+ armor save, 0+ with parry bonus

    6+ ramhorn helm
    Gnarled hide +2 so 4+
    Heavy armror+2 so 2+
    shield+1 so 1+
    parry bonus+1 so 0+

and you cn attack back when you pass a save BONUS!!!

(personally if i was kitting out a gorebull i woudlnt bother with that i would go for max attacks)

Many limbed fiend, Steel claws, heavy armor, so you still get 5+ armor, but more importantly have 6-8 attacks(7-9 with frenzy) from the off, most people shouldnt be hitting you back, and most heroes wont have enough attacks to kill you, and there that many characters in the game who can dish out that many attacks.
Fantasy : Empire, Chaos Warriors, Chaos Daemons, Vampire Counts, Beastmen, High Elves, Lizardmen( but i have opinions on every army just not the money)
40k: Black Templars, Imperial Guard, Dark Eldar, Tau (thinking of Eldar)

How do you use your Gorebull Vulcan?
If you put him in a unit with Minotaurs I think the enemy will hit the Minos instead of the Gorebull.
Or does he go around by himself? Warmachines with no armour save?

i need to buy some minotaurs first, instead i run him with a unit of 20 gors, hoping that will attract the enemy fire.
