Ive gotten a bit tired of playing nurgle lately and so decided to switch it up. I always liked khorne,but the frenzy annoyed me. However now that ive gotten pretty good at manuevering beasts,i think i can handle it,especially when the list is built around protecting your frenzied units from luring. Well here it is

The khornigors are an odd number i know,but it seems any more would be way too many points for an LD7 unit and any fewer would let them be effected by missle fire too much. The lord or a hero goes in there. The beastherds can even surround the units of minotaurs/khornigors to protect from luring,until the turn before you charge you could give the unit LOS to the battlefeild again,letting it charge. The warhounds are also for much this purpose,tuskgor chariots for more power,and centigors because i'll never leave home without them
Only one remark:
Maybe the Khorngors deserve a banner of rage or a warbanner, and/or bigger numbers. They do get a rank bonus of 3! Maybe thats just my style of play, however.
But as the rest is concerned; finally a good khorne beasts list! You took enough hounds, didn't take the chosen knights as many are inclined to do, no cheese on the whole, fun to play with and against, and you understand your army.

Makes your beast herd blocks of 20, and split the Khorngors in to 2 units of 10, 1 ambushing for the warmachines and archers, the other as aflanking purpose.
You could find the points with the lesser number of commands from merging the beast herd, losing 1 ungor in the other ones (Droping to 20).
and sacrafice 1 unit of dogs.
Only 1 squad of khornigors can be feilded since only 1 beastigor herd can be marked. Also,they cant ambush. And the reason for the 2 small beastherds is gaurding the frenzied troops and more importantly to ambush vs armies that have shooting/artillery.
I thought about making the khornigors bigger but as i said i just thought it was overkill. with 10 S6 attacks plus a hero in there they dont really need the extra models to win combat,or so ive seen. Plus i couldnt justify spending more than 250 points on a low leadership unit,otherwise its taking a big risk.
