Well lets get the picture spam out the way first starting with my now finished raptor squad.

Double pronged update today. Firstly I'm making progress on the last of the units I had started ever so long ago, my raptors. Never been a fan of the chaos raptor models, so I had ordered a sprue of loyalist jump packs, however since then I've come to realise that wings are cooler. So out of my five man raptor squad only 1 will actually have a jump pack, the rest are rocking possessed marine wings. Here's two models just 1 ink wash and some basing away from being finished.

My plan to stop starting new projects and get the in-progress stuff finished off is going well. This week managed to get my predator tank finished off. Nothing too fancy, if for any reason I have to put another predator I will definitely paint the sponsons before attaching them to the tank, as painting behind them is entirely too faffy.



Still got models to build, but now the only thing left in the in-progress section is my raptor squad. Progress! ...

Thought I'd grab some quick update snaps and realised that although the quality still isn't great, my new camera phone is a whole lot better than the old one. So I got a little carried away and grabbed some pics of units I've painted previously but have never put on here.

Where to begin..

The short version is real life got complicated for a while and so my boxes of tiny plastic men had to go on the back burner (not literally). Anyhoo now I'm very happily married all is settled and serene and so its time to dust off (in some cases very literally) the plague marines.

Santa Claus was very kind and brought me a tax rebate so I've invested in the new paint station+ which thus far I'm pretty impressed with, I also picked up a predator tank. The ...
