Dear Gents/Lassies

I am a new Warhammer player aged 28 and live in Johannesburg South-Africa. I chose Woodelves for no apparnet reason so i am embarking on this adventure. I have a few questions;

This is the end reslut of my first attempt to paint warhammer miniatures and this is my eternal guard gangsters( i call them gangsters coz the double ended spears are badass)? Any comments? And also i bought the 10 in the pack and just painted them up as i wasn't aware of Champions ...

I finished painting my first 10 Averland state troops and just need to add the terrain:

I just completed my first unit of WoC. My wife was kind enough to do the terrain for me.
Not too shabby, but I have many areas where I can improve:
