got the warriors painted today, huzzah!



quite happy with them, just need to get them based now

so, cry havoc looms ever closer and now that my exams are over, I can focus on painting for It. I reckon I have around 50 minis to do some form of work on and about 5 days to do it all. shouldn't be too hard right?

anyways finished the first 5 warriors.



still need to base them of course and I'll be leaving the weapon shafts until after the tourney. no reason to give myself too much...

victory is mine! albeit a minor one. The marching list proved most fun and most effective against my Bretonnian foe, my slayers contributing most admirably to the battle by holding the Bretonnian lances in place long enough for my iron breakers and thane to win their own battle and swing dramatically into the flank!

The battle wasn't perfect however and I made some key mistakes mid game. In my haste to run down the Bretonnian foe I let my bearded horde become separated and spread...

So I’ve not posted in this for a week or so. Might as well give an update.

Things have gotten a little better since my last game. I’ve decided to just drop the balanced list after suffering another resounding defeat against dark elves and have now moved back to my older style. The all out marching horde.
