Cry havoc is a tournament held by the Dunfermline wargaming and role-playing fellowship (D.W.A.R.F.) which in turn is the wargaming club I have the good fortune to be a part of.

Ah the votewar, the greatest example of theory hammer in a standardised form. I’ve always enjoyed taking part in a votewar. The range of list goes from super cheese machines to armies people have never played before and then to their own armies. It’s a good testing ground for perception in my experience. Some votewars work with tactics, others on the standards of the list alone. Both are very interesting to follow in my experience.
