Of valkyries and their making.

I was fiddling around with my valkyrie earlier, well, I say valkyrie, I mean soon to be vendetta, and realised quite how much of a pain in the neck its going to be to put together and paint. It's been sitting in a box in a state of semi-assembledness for a little while now, and as I went for a final push earlier today I realised that there wasn't a lot I could do modelling wise until I paint the various subassemblies, of which there are about 5!
I suppose the good thing about this is that it stops me playing with it til its painted, but it is still very much a pain in the proverbial! It makes it a little bit more difficult for me to get a good feel of what's going on with the model when its not assembled fully.
On the positive side, my wrist is now fully healed. This was quite a miraculous recovery as a few days ago it was still very much causing me pain. However, on Sunday whilst at evening church some people prayed for it and when I woke up on Monday morning the pain was compleetly gone and my wrist is fully healed! Amazingly I was able to complete the last 2 days of work without so much as a niggle, whereas Saturday I was barely able to grip anything with my left hand.
Finally I have a project update, or at least a lack of one. Things have been a little busy this week, so NONE of my 3 various projects have been worked on very much. However, the next few days may see arise in free time so keep your eyes open!
