"Like balancing an elephant on a beachball"

Well, life is a little less hectic right now than it has been, so balancing everything has become a little easier. I started a new role in my job this week which now means I'll be working nights 4 times a week. This frees up another few nights for painting and the like. So here's what's going on with my various projects at the moment:
Elf mage- in progress, about half done, still some white on the robes to be done and detail.
Secret santa- skin done, basecoated. Nothing else yet.
ToP- Leman Russ this month, Doing the metal on the tank now, guns still to do.
JQ's comp "mounted"- almost inished, details on the rider still to do, plus the face, my favourite part of a miniature.
