Welcome to my blog. Over the last few years I've been collecting an enormous amount of Eldar and have about 10,000pts worth now and that's pretty much every Eldar model in the current range.
This blog will track my progress as I paint my way through this horde of Eldar and I'll post any updates on significant battles that I've fought with them as well.
Happy reading.

Warpspider Exarch and Harlequin
As promised the pics of the Exarch and my first Quin

I know the Exarch's power weapons are a bit "Christmas", but once you've gone down the red, white and green colour palette route you have to just accept that. Anyway Christmas is cool so I don't care that much.
I like how the Quin turned out, but the picture makes the yellow look a bit pants. I'll probably paint these guys 1 at a time when I get a bit bored with painting other squads as they are a completely different colour scheme to everything else in the army and it refreshes the painting juices, so to speak.
To help choose what to paint next I put a post in the Eldar forums (http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...aint-next.html) and have agreed to go with Guardians.
Here's a pic of the pre-painted squad.

I actually painted one of these guys up as the first Eldar model I ever painted to get an idea of the colours I wanted to use. I have to go and do a bit of a rescue job and that mini as I've changed the tones of the colours a bit since then. Shouldn't be a problem and I have high hopes that this unit will look pretty good.
I've also hunting around ebay for another weapons platform so that I can run this as two squads of 10 instead of one squad of 20.
Later folks.....
