  1. Primarch, Progenitor (III)...

    After a brief sojourn into the other side of the forces of the Emperor (my fledgling Imperial Guard – update will be coming soon) I returned to my yellow space marines.
    My last entry left off with me getting all excited over everything, and to that end I have actually done something!
    My next purchase was a Suppression Force set (2 Whirlwinds and a Land Speeder) which I promptly put together in one afternoon, well the Whirlwinds at least. So within two days I had a nice artillery battery

    Moving on to the mainstay of any army, troops! My next purchase, and one that I am still putting together, was the Battleforce boxed set. I was somewhat surprised at the reasonably good value that I got out of this box – I am actually going to use everything in it (unlike some other Battle force boxes I have previously bought).

    Imperial Fists Space Marines – for me these guys, along with Eldar, are what got me into 40k in the first place. I still fondly remember the first White Dwarf I bought that featured a battle report between Imperial Fists and Orks.
    Then there was the novel Space Marine by Ian Watson and I fell even further into the grip of these proud warriors.
