Dwarfs

Well i thought i will post a pic of one of my dwarf cannon crew men. I had posted him before but not a close up but this time i have better pictures. I will post another update sometime tomorrow of the anvil of doom, still have a lot of work but its getting finished.

Well i finally had a chance to play the dwarfs and i must say i am impressed with there performance. The battle was against a pure night goblin army with a few river trolls. I look forward to playing some more games with this army.

This is the first three of my dwarfs with a green and gold color scheme. They have been varnished and are going to get the base completed to match the gameboard. I have about 10 thunderers on the way and just have to wait for the primer to fully cure, before i start painting them. Takes a while when you use clear priming. More will soon follow.

Well i finally got everything cleaned and built on this thing and its ready for priming. I left out the guard and the fireplace as i put them aside to dry. Painting will begin sometime this weak.

Well i just received my dwarf codex and a Thorek Ironbow Anvil of Doom from ebay today. I cant wait to get these dwarfs on the table as what i was reading they are a major change from vampires play style. I will eventually post progress pics of the Anvil but tomarrow i plan to get some pics of my thane and the two cannon crewmen i have completed.
