So, it's that time of the year again. As I rummage through boxes of old models, unfinished projects and conversions in progress, I get the itch to begin again... again.

I've become notorious for starting an army, painting roughly half my force, then shelving it due to time constraints. Nothing out of the ordinary, except in my case. The problem you ask? Once I set down my brushes and pack up my miniatures, my desire for whatever project I'm working on seems to die immediately. By the time I find the will to start painting again I've switched gears, which usually means stripping and repainting everything I've completed.

Well, not this time (no really, I mean it!). Rather than unpack all 2500+ points in my collection and have them staring me in the face, I've set myself some manageable goals. Over the last week or so I've begun to strip, assemble and prime a Combat Patrol. 17 models, 400 points, and hopefully a nice stepping stone into successfully rejoining the hobby.
