Not sure if I like what 5th edition has been doing to the Dark Eldar forum. I understand its different but it just doesn't "jive" with our extremely old codex. I just can't take advantage of vaguarities and loopholes so I am asking myself, am I being a fossil? Am I over reacting?

Right now, I am watching my fellow DE players fall into the trap of using loopholes - its depressing. Its just a matter of time before I lose respect of those who I have always got along with - I might not tell them but rather just leave the forum and try to preserve the good feelings I used to have for them. I used to love coming to this forum, it was fun and I enjoyed helping those who sought out help and in return they thanked you back (they still do).

I am trying to be nice, I will try to keep the balance between the spirit of the rules and the word of the rules but like the "other" forums, its slowly turning into just about winning, screw the original design of the army, GW owes me so I'll take advantage.
