Title sums this pretty well, this blog will largely cover me attempting to put together an army of the pyre chaos marines. But at points will include my thoughts musings and rants on anything 40k related.

Finally some Troops

Posted October 14th, 2009 at 15:20 by MunkyFunk
The last of my photo updates for now at least, My first complete squad of plague marines. Im running plague marines in squads of 7, one to keep point costs from being too insane, and two because its the favoured number of nurgle, though rules-wise in fifth edition that doesnt really mean anything. I spent a while trying to work out how to distinguish between squads while not differing from the scheme too much. Came up with a simple method, I painted one of the backpack vents on each marine yellow, the next squad will probably be red, and perhaps brass or tin bitz for the final squad while will serve as the sorcerors retinue. This squad is made up from the metal plague marines boxed set, the next two squads will be using the forgeworld deathguard upgrade kit .
