I have decided to once again revisit my Witch Hunters with the firm belief that I can finish painting them. I have just primered them and am about to paint my first squad.

Yesterday I competed in a Fantasy tournament with my Wood Elves and I bought AoBR box for my entry fee. I went on to win $90 in GW stuff and purchased a Command box, Sniper Scouts and a Drop Pod. Looking forward to getting started!

I have tried and unsuccessfully started Space Marines before with my own Chapter as I was opposed to using a premade Chapter. But since I have painted 2000 pts of Black Legion, I think it is time for a rethink and I was looking towards Blood Ravens.

I know the game Dawn of War strays a little from the 40k universe, I still love the color scheme of the Blood Ravens. I have a handful of Marines and am thinking of painting a few to see how they turn out.

I have around 2000 pts of WH at home which I never finished. I won a local tourny awhile back in which I could spend $500 towards an army and so I chose Witch Hunters.

Previously I managed to paint around 4 squads but nothing beyond that for about 2 years now. This was mainly due to my poor performance with them but now I hope to do much bettter. With the new edition and my sudden interest in them again I have decided to work on them once more!
