The Baker Blog

This is a blog about a rookie in the miniature hobby and his progress. It's written for myself as a archive about what I do, and as a way to push myself forward. With some luck I'm also hoping to get some feedback and valuable pointers on how I can improve.

  1. A exercise in patience

    Let me start this entry by being honest about one of my weird personal quirks. Once in a while, when I pick up a piece of advice or a warning about something, I blatently and absolutely ignore it! My own special sense of logic kicks in and I think to myself, pff can't be all that bad. And now I've done it again.

  2. A slow day.

    Well I can't brag about having done much at all today, but I figured I'd post anyway.

    Aside from a small experiment with glazing/blending(?) at least I think that's what I did. And abit of assembling I didn't get as much progress on the Fire Warriors as I hoped for, but then again, I work incredibly slow with my miniatures, just getting rid of mold lines on a single model can take me a hour.
    But anyways, to get to the point. I primed my 3 newly assembled ones at least.

  3. Introducing The Baker Blog!

    Well after lurking around LO for abit, and posting a few threads in the forum I'm realy starting to like this site and the community. And after finding this here blog function I thought to myself, why not give it a go and make a blog about my progress in the hobby world.
