Unfortunately I wasn't as productive as I had anticipated over the Thanksgiving long weekend but I almost got accomplished what I had set out to do...

Overall I was hoping to get my second unit of Chaos Space Marines based and primed. I fell short on finishing the bases but did manage to get them to where the figures are able to be positioned. What I need to do tonight is add sand, slate, and other debris to finish them off. Hopefully I will have them primed by wednesday at the latest....

Ok right now for the first month I have so far:

10 Chaos Space marines
1 with a flamer
1 with a plasma gun
Aspiring champion with hand plasma gun and chainsword

(I know probably not the most effective but this first squad was originally cannibalized from what I had available at the time plus some left overs from the 2nd squad)

Well I have been a busy worker bee the last two nights...

I have managed to fully assemble my second squad of Chaos Space Marines... Now just need to base them and I can then prime and paint them along with squad 1.

I have also managed to fully clean and partially assemble a 5 man possessed squad. I will probably not have them painted up by the first month but we shall see...

I will try to get a list up of what plan on using shortly...

Here are some wip shots for my first squad. It takes me forever to put these bases together but I like the end results...

Basically they are cork tiles mixed with the file slate and larger slate pieces, and plastic odds and ends, resin pieces, anything I find that looks city rubblish...

Not my favorite task in the world but last night I continued to clean and partially assemble my second unit of Chaos Space Marines.

I already have a basing scheme in place with the first 10 I put together so at least I don't need to think too hard about that! I am hoping to finish cleaning and assembling today and hopefully finish the next batch of bases by this weekend.
