I don't really like this list, for one it lacks punch and I'm not sure about the Questing Knights since they have been nerfed to Str 5 with the 7th Edition rules ( and an armour save of 3+ due to great weapons ).
Remove the men-at-arms completely OR make a unit of 20+ models.
Bowmen are fine.
Knights of the Realm are alright, but give the Paladin Battle Standard a Sword of Might instead of Banner of Defence ( to make him more effective in combat ) and keep the Virtue of Duty. Give the Kotr unit Full Command and a War Banner. ( This means they have a starting combat res of +6 which is very good ).
I'm not a big fan of the grail relique. I suggest dropping it and make more knights.
The damsel is not very well equipped. Bretonnians are weak when it comes to magic. I suggest a Level 1 Damsel with 2 Dispel Scrolls and a barded bretonnian warhorse. Attach her to a unit of knights for that MR1 too it does help. I assume this is gna be ur army general ??? BSB cant be and the other paladin cant be either due to virtue of the ideal !
Scrap this list, and give it another shot if I were you.
Aim for 2 units of Kotr or 1/1 Kotr/Errant at all times. You need that backbone in your army otherwise the enemy will vanquish you easily. Remember Bretonnians = Cavalry
Thanks. I'm not new to bretonnians but ive never really taken a damsel and i did't exactly know how to incorporate it into a list that works.
As for the grail relique, many people call me crazy but when i can i always take it. That unit has saved my skin in more then one battle.
I put up the banner of defence because when i usually play people they think that victory aginst knights=guns and lore of metal. I sued to take uesting knights as a flanking unit, not so much as a heavy hitter. usually running up the side of the board and having them come out when ever somthing needs support. a little surprise for the enemy.
IT has worked pretty well so far. but like i said the damsel is kinda throwing me for a spin.
Thanks again i appreciate the advice.
Oh! you should remove the individual points costs asap....
Quick before GW lawyers get involved.... quickly.....
Removed the points thanks, but i can assure you its 15 hundred
I would also have to agree that the damsel needs scrolls, as you are not magic heavy, and unlikely to get off spells at all, you should save points: drop her to lvl1 and give her 2 scrolls, I am no expert on brets but being a frog player i know my magic and you will be better served by having 2 scrolls.
