    [1000pt] Bretonnian Army

Alright,t his is my first attempt, so be nice, eh?

    Heroes
    Damsel of the Lady
    Level 2
    Barded Warhorse
    119pts

    Battle Standard Bearer
    Banner of Chalons
    Barded Warhorse
    84pts

    Core Choices
    8 Knights of the Realm
    Full Command
    216pts

    16 Men-at-Arms
    Full command
    107pts

    16 Men-at-Arms
    Full command
    107pts

    16 Bowmen
    96pts

    Rare Choices
    6 Grail Knights
    Musician, Standard Bearer
    264pts

    993pts

BAsic plan was to have the peasants holding and moving up the middle of the battlefield, while the knights take a nice juicy flank. The BSB goes with the KotR and the damsel cheerleads for the Men-at-Arms.

    What do you guys think?

Your big strength is your characters, so you might want to try to make room for at least one knight hero with a +2 save. I like to put the war banner, and the +1 combat res virtue on my BSB. Consider droping your archers to 10, and combining your MAA into 1 unit of 20. That might give you points for another Hero.

You need to have one more paladin.. in the book page 64 it says that you must have a paladin and a BSB.

I like the list, especially the peasants:yes:.I like to put my damsel on foot & run around casting spells at everywhere. If the enemy uses flyers run into the nearest terrain & with Lore of Life you can still blow stuff up:w00t:. The grail Knights are a bit expensive in 1000pts & you might like to think about dropping the numbers a bit to allow for your other Paladin. <<w00t 50 posts>>

"I'm gonna stomp 'em to dust. I'm gonna grind their bones. I'm gonna burn down dere towns and cities. I'm gonna pile 'em up inna big fire and roast 'em. I'm gonna bash 'eads, break faces and jump up and down on da bits dat are left. An' den I'm gonna get really mean."

You might want to get rid of the Grail knights all together & put more peasants/KOTOR in (pssst make the bowmen skirmish)

Pegasus Knights! The most usefull unit in Bretonnia (i think)
I never go into battle without him.

3 pega 165pt, to take out magic users, war machines, chariots, or just to support any unit. 3 attack / base min strenth of 4. ohh and i just forgot: 20" charge in 360 degree.
    Very very usefull!
