4 pegasus knights
models in the army=100
Ok i only took one damsel cause i figure i can prety much take out any enemys mage on the battlefield whit all my flying.
The tactic behind this army is a big battle line of infantry whit the knight on foot to keep their ld test in check, while all my flying goes behind ennemy line to restrain movement and take out easy target like warmachine and characters. As soon as the the flying cavalry is finish whit the easy target they will come and suport the infantry battle line whit rear and flank charge(and for those who dont know bret to good, pegasus knight can realy deliver on the charge.)
The yeamon cavalry are there to shield the big unit of knights, while the knitght are there to give some punch to my main infantry forces and my priority will be to charge as soon as possible to get them out of shooting range. A 3 rank,a all lot of attack, probably outnumber and +2 resolution for magic item should should win the day against most units.
I took a big unit of bowmen cause its my only shooting unit and 18 longbow shot aint bad for 126pts.
Thats it, let me ear what you think.
PS: by the way am french so bear whit me if there is some writing error, thx.
I like this list a lot. I am very curious to see how it is goign to play for you. You will have some really good speed and mobility. Is to maybe drop the unit of mounted yeomen and see if you can't squeeze another unit of men-at-arms out of it. Sweet list though man.
Thank you for your input gree knight,i will keep you posted when i get the chance to test it.
You're missing your compulsiary Knights of the Realm unit.
No they are whit the standard bearer and the damsel, look harder
I was just wondering where your general is going to be placed. It's just that he can't join the pegasus knights!!
I like the general layout of the army, but have a couple of things that i'd like to point out.
1) A unit of 12 Knights will be very difficult to turn and extremely prone to flank charges, perhaps dropping this to 9 including the characters could be a good idea.
2) If you can see the war machines and characters (mages), then they will be able to see you. Pegasus knights aren't that tough if you put them under enough pressure from magic, which you won't be able to stop with your defence, or shooting from repeater bolt throwers for example!! They are also incapable of removing ranks due to being flyers. I personally would only have one unit.
I hope this helps

Well that was a silly way to organize things. The KOTR are in a place that I'd expect to see magical equipment. Did you field a magical standard on your KOTR unit? If not there's not to much of a reason to put a SB in the unit because they don't stack anymore. I play with a unit of 9 KOTR that gets bumped up to 12 models once I place all of my characters, and it works well. However I also have other Knight units to draw fire and protect ranks. Shouldn't be to much of a problem to protect the ranks of the unit with the peasents and all of the fliers that you've fielded. An expensive, yet pretty good combo that I do sometimes is that I place the Banner of the Lady, and the virtue of duty on my BSB. I then place the BSB in a unit with the War Banner.
