Paladin: questing vow, great weapon, shield, warhorse, gromil great helm, virtue of purity (QK)
Paladin: bsb, knight's vow, warhorse, virtue of discipline, birth-sword of carcassonne (KOR)
Damsel of the lady: dispell scroll (bowmen)
Damsel of the lady: dispell scroll, chalice of malfuer (bowmen)
8 Knights of the Realm: sb, champ
5 Knights Errant: sb 114
2*10 Bowmen
11 Bowmen: skirmish
8 Questing knights: sb, champ
3 Pegasus knights; champ
1 Field Trebuchet; craftsman
Edit: right about the treb. Here's the wording "He may carry any magic banner (no points limit), but if he does so he may not take any other magic items, though he may still take a virtue of up to 50 points in addition to the magic banner, he may not be given any extra equipment, except for a barded warhorse of royal pegasus"
- So no sheild
- I interpreted it as saying if he did take the magic banner he couldn't take any other magical items, but if he didn't he couldn't. A magic item is not equipment to my understanding.

the list looks pretty good, i play a similar mix ( except no QK and GK insted of treb). The only thing is im pretty sure your BSB cant have a magic weapons, i dont have the army book right now, but im pretty sure you cant give him any other equipment.
edit- also you cant have two rare units in a 1500 pt list, so no 2 trebuchets
