    1000 Bretonnian Tournament

*The army list section wouldn't let me post there. Could a Mod please move this. Thanks.

I played in a tournament a few months ago using the list found here (http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...friendly.html) (1000 pt. Tournament Friendly). The tournament was 6th edition

The list played alright but I have made some changes for the 7th edition and based on my experiences in the last tourney. I'm trying to do more of a MSU tactic this time. And I found out the hard way, with peasents, its go big, or go home.

Take 12 Skirmishing bowmen. they are only march blockers or something to harass the enemy flanks i hardly think either of those jobs warrant an 18 man unit. i would personally take a paladin as your general. this is because you should be in combat by turn two. at 1000 pts there will be very little magic that will have any devestating effect on you. but i do understand why you have put her in there its entirely up to you but i think you would be better off with a paladin.

I see where you are coming from with this. BUT in the last tournament I lost a lot of Knights to lore of Heavens, and I will probably be facing the same empire list that was very magic heavy (lost 5 knights in one round of magic), so magic defence is a requirement.

    Thanks for the responses,
