Are you thinking of Questing Knights?
Sorry if I am wrong.
Think that your a little weak as far dispelling magic goes. May want to drop one of the paladins for another damsel or give the damsel the chalice of malfure. Believe me from playing Bretonnia that ppl are going to shell you w/ magic if they can, that our biggest weakness.
However, our magic offense is lacking a bit only being able to draw on Lore of Life and Beasts (and Heavens with Prophetess). I'm not saying these lores are bad, but they are supporting lores rather than offensive lores such as fire. Actually these lores compliment the army and most players, including our own generals often overlook our magic phase as useless. Using anger of the bear to pump up a pally on foot or using master of stone to knock out an enemy's warmachine can turn the tide of a game.
Silent-ninja: I believe David was thinking of questing knights, grail knights get lances. Unless I've gone crazy.
On the list: I'd make 1 unit of bowmen skirmishing, just to occupy wierd terrain and be harder to shoot. Your anti-magic really depends on your foes, magic will hurt you, but you probably have enough to get into combat. I think the twilight banner might be better on the grail knights, who can then hide behind forests until the time is right to emerge and stomp people. Grail knights with no upgrades are also viable. Basically, they attract so much attention that I hate to upgrade them much.
The banner of Defence on the grail knights i quite nice in my opinion.
Because, when/if that cannon/bolthrower etc. hits your unit the extra ward save is worth every singel point.
Then i think i'd put the warbanner on the unit's standard bearer rather than on the BSB as the warbanner won't be lost with the BSB if he goes down for some reason.
