I've been giving my Paladin the Questing vow for fluff reasons in my past couple of games and I had a few questions about it.
First off can he join units with the Knights vow? I have been doing this since I dont see anything that says that I cant do it. Although the only thing that makes me second guess the legality of this is that on P.43 under the Questing Vow it says "...and cannot be joined by characters with the Knights vow" but says nothing about the other way around.
Also does he confer his re-roll failed psychology ability onto the unit that he joins or any unit within 12" of him that would be using his leadership to make a psychology test?
Thanks for the input!
Its fine for him to join Knights with the Knights Vow yes. Characters can join units 'down' the Vow ranking, but not up.
As for the Psychology reroll, Id say no. Immune to Psychology Characters joining non ItP units loose their Immunity. (RB, pg70) So theres no reason the Unit would benefit from the character's reroll.
awesome thanks for the help. I didnt think his re-rolls would carry over, but just wanted to make sure.
