I just found the list online and I was wondering if it was any good in your opinions? I fight against alot of fear and terror causing armies and I've always thought the idea of an Errant war themed army would be cool.
Anyone else here try it?
It is seen as a rather overpowered list... All those errant knights get s6 on the charge for free (magic banner) and aren't effected by fear or terror, its a bit crazy.
But it is a very one dimensional list. You will be doing little besides charging headlong forward and hoping for the best. Against new to average players, you should win, but against vets you could have a hard time. I tried it once, and felt bad because I thought it was overpowered, but my opponent using Dark Elves told me to go ahead (I was going to modify it to make it weaker) and it ended up a draw. I wouldn't use it again.
In the right hands it is very powerful... and in the hands of a new gamer facing other new gamers, it'll win almost 100% of the time. It's a bit broken, but is limited in a few areas to compenasate; so if the opponent is pretty good he might be able to squeek out a draw/minor win with some good baiting tactics.
Its one of the Storms of Chaos lists from the SoC campaign a few summers ago. Its not balanced at all, unless your running it against other SoC lists. Its still legal, but most of your friends probably will not enjoy playing against it as it is very strong.
