Ive heard from alot of people that in the 7th edition they will change the stats of the bretonnia peasesnts to WS and BS 3 to make them be able to go toe to toe with empire so to speak. Is any of that true?
Well considering Bretonnia is likely still a few years off if they stick to the 6th edition order of release, its unlikely that anything has been determined for the book. So what you've heard is likely just people talking.
However, I for one hope they do not change anything about Men-at-Arms. They are dirty cheap and come with good gear. If you raise their stats, you would either have to raise their cost or take off some gear that they get standard.
Fluff wise, Bretonnia peasants wouldn't have the same stats as an Empire militia man, as the Bretonnian troops are just that, peasants, not a trained army such as the Empire.
