Does anybody use this virtue? It seems like, reviewing the army lists, the answer would be no, but at first glance it seems like a pretty good choice for a Lord. The main reason I can see for not choosing it is that it is a "generalist" choice, while most people prefer specialist Lords.
Just want to hear what other people think of this virtue.
Mneh I've used the virtue once and it was ok. The WS benefit it gives is rather a moot point, because most of the time you will be hitting on a 3+ anyway (with a WS of 7/8 for Paladin/Lord), and with an initiative sitting at 5, you'll tie with the elves and beat most of the other armies (I believe anyway). The only real good benefit out of it that I like is the extra attack.
I could see how putting this virtue onto a lord would be ideal, but I would much rather put it on a Paladin and give him a pegasus that way no unit is actually being affected by his downside. In addition I would want my Lord to be my general :C These are just my 2 pennies.
Never used it personally, but...
At 2K, if you run lord, BSB, Pal, Damsel Damsel (classic setup):
How about the paladin in a unit of 8 Errants? With the Errant banner and FC. ItP on the Charge, great for taking out big enemies, and small ranked fear causers alike.
