Comments and Suggestions welcome. It's my first chaos army so I don't expect it to be perfect.
I'll be damned before the soldiers of the Emperor are just left to rot!

If it doesn't work with the Emperor. Then it's been officially Karmooned!!!

Well, this list would certainly pack some punch. But unfortunately I think it would run out of steam within the first couple of turns, and the simple reason for this is that there are just too few models on the board.
Due to the undeniably huge armoury available to a Chaos player, it's tempting to go seriously OTT with wargear and souped-up weapons in the hope of annihilating your opponent with your super-uber units. But when you pay, 269 pts. for example, on a single Predator, only to have it blown off the board by an enemy lascannon in the first turn...you see where I'm going. That's over 10% of your army gone kaboom with one shot.
So, here's my advice.
-Drop every single piece of wargear on your units. Now add it on slowly. Aspiring Champions and the like should really have no more than 3 or so Daemonic gifts. Frag and krak grenades are largely unnecessary. The multitude of wargear on your Predator defies belief, lose it all except maybe 3 or 4 most useful items. You get the picture. At the end of the day, wargear isn't what's going to be doing the killing.
-Once all the excess wargear's gone, you should have a lot more points to blow. Maybe enough to buy a Lord of Change, and we've all seen the carnage they can cause. Simply put, you need more units.
So, to summarise: Units = Goooood.
Too much wargear = Baaaaaaaaad.
Comprende? Good luck.
If and when you lose the wargear and need more in-depth advice on which units/weapons to take, I'm sure a more skilled Chaos general such as Karmoon, for instance, would be happy to lend a hand.
