    Hello nekochen,

It seems as though you're trying to do too much with some units and then not enough with others. I'll take each unit in turn:

    HQ: Nice. Fast & strong.

Termis: Not bad, but they could use a little more ranged fire. When deep striking, it's strongly recommended that you take combi-weapons in order to facilitate your d.s. and reduce potential threats before they charge. Combi-plasmas come to mind. With icons, you can surgically place your termis withint rapid fire range of enemy havocs or other imposing units. I'd suggest at least 3 (I max mine out; they are that good). Drop the champion in favor of the combi-plasmas, as termis already have sufficient c.c. payload. It's rather an expensive way for getting an additional attack and best used only for special configurations and/or as point fillers.

Chosen: Due to their slow movement, you need ranged weaponry that have a decent range, such as plasma guns. However, you like flamers, so each to their own. In order to sustain 4 special weapons and an a.c. w/ claw (which should really be 2), you need no less than 9 models in this squad. General rule of thumb: Have at least one extra wound per special/heavy/power weapon. At the 1500 build, this unit is a beefy target that is easily killed. In other words, you only have one wound before you start losing valuable models. Just something to think about.

Troops: You're investing 100 points in a unit that has nothing going for it. It doesn't have any special weapons, power weapons, or movement modifier. In other words, it's near wasted points. Drop the daemons and use those points to upgrade these squads. At the 1500 mark, you should have 2 ten man units with 2 special weapons and an a.c. w/ a power fist (rhino as well). These are the best all around units for chaos, bar none. They will always be of use. Looking at your build, it seems as though you're sacrificing your troops to increase your elites. However, against swarms, you desperately need basic bolter fire in order to whittle their numbers down to a manageable level. For this reason, you should seriously consider dropping the termi squad as well. These points, in conjunction with the daemons, will provide you with enough points to include two of the 10 man squads as mentioned above.

    Oblits: Not bad.

Predator: Drop the las-turret and daemonic possession. In regards to your heavy bolters, now that possession reduces the BS of the tank, it virtually invalidates all non-twin linked weaponry (in the very least, it severely handicaps them). 4th edition chaos preds are meant to be cheap and function best that way. Give them staying power in numbers, rather than quality. It works.

Take las-sponsons instead with an autocannon hull. It actually performs better against every vehicle type.

This is the best I can try to fit in by taking out the only daemon unit and 1 obliterator. I really like to have the terminators in because I just bought 2 boxes of them

better. i personally think that you lack mobility. the predator being the only tank on the board is most likley going to be blown up first turn.

having a heavy weapon in the troop squads is going to hinder the movement unless you don't want to move the squad.

terminators i like but i don't use any marks as i like to keep them cheep.

Just a word of advice, I would never mix n' match weapons in any squad, bar Terminators or maybe Chosen, especially not normal Marine squads. Drop the Autocannons and pick up another Plasma gun per squad. Other then that, your list looks fun and unique - something not entirely common this early in the realease of the Codex.

Opps! I edited the point cost and now it should be all correct.

I first figured that my Chosen would be an infiltrate teleport homer so I tried and kept it as small/cheap as possible, but on a second glance after Rabbit's comment, I realized I could give them more than just teleport beacon. I made their unit size 8 with 4 meltagun to deal with monstrous creature/tanks if they are needed.

Since the Troop units have a heavy weapon in their team, so I am not planning on moving them much maybe except on the first turn to get into a better firing position and/or holding objective near deployment zone.

Thanks for all the feedbacks
