10x Csm, 2x Meltas, AC with powerfist, rhino-245
So, just my 2 cents, but if I was playing against your army I would be a little put off with a 205 pts HQ running around. Personally, I would make your other CSM into a 2 plasma, PW champ in a Rhino and tone down the lord a bit.
Otherwise, the army looks good.
That prince is going to draw fire quicker than anything else in your army, which in some ways is good because it means your rhino may survive longer... remember to pop smoke and to keep the prince in cover.
Me, Ambivalent? Well, yes and no.
All fair comments. My last match with this list was a 3 way 750 pt and i lost a -whopping 3 marines in the whole matc-h from some tzeentch ap 3 bolters but wiped out almost 1200 pts of models. My army was very close to the objective and so it eneded up basically 2 vs 1 but with some lucky rollings and some kcikass daemon prince cc goodness i carved through the enemy lines. The warp time/wind of chaos followed by charge proved exceedinly effective even vs the tzeentch with their frustrating 4 plus invuls. The lascannon squad served for a sort of defensive barricade. Pouring shots into anythingt hat came close as well as picking off a farseer and a chaos lord. Overall, so far in the 1 game i have played with this list it was very effective and will report back after later games.
I am not a fan of heavy weapons in normal marine squads, that's what havocs are for. It seems a waste as normal CSM are great in CC and but the heavy weapon requires them to stand still. imo you would do better with 2x plasma and then squeeze points for the rhino.
