Your list is fairly solid, csm4life. Here's a few thoughts:
Prince: Very good. Use him myself to great effect, but with warp time in place of BoC
Sorcerer: Your points are off; he should cost 185.
T.S. marines: pretty good, albeit expensive.
Chaos Marines: they need two things: the glory icon for extended c.c.. skirmishes; a champion with a fist.
Note: rhinos aren't classed as heavy; dedicated transport are considered part of the slot where they're assigned.
Raptors: The need a champion with either twin lightning claws or a fist. Raptors are c.c. oriented, so you want them to hit as hard as possible.
Defilers: Drop the lascanon, as you can't fire any other weapons on the same round that you fire the battlecannon, which is its primary weapon. General Rule of Thumb: Don't upgrade the defiler's secondary weapons. Also, the defilers will inevitably end up in c.c., so the 2x additional c.c. weapons option is almost essential. Plus, you have plenty of tank busting your your build.
best of luck!

Rabbit made a lot of good points, so I'll just point out a couple things.
-In missions where Deep Strike is allowed, you can drop your Sorcerer behind a vehicle that is giving you a hard time and take some rear armor shots at it, keep in mind that this does have some considerable risk though.
-Again, on the Daemon Prince go for Warptime over Bolt of Change. He's a monstrous creature already, which means he can pretty much walk through armor, especially with the help of Warptime.
-Termies look good, I just reccomend (if you have the points) throwing in a chainfist just in case something frustrating happens
-Consider dropping the dreadnought, I've been trying out this configuration myself, and in both games I used him he did nothing...literally. No matter what he did it amounted to zip. Even when he shot at my own units....But if you're lucky, your opponent will be too busy with the Defilers to notice the dreadnought heading for his front lines.
-As per Rabbit's say, get a champ on those Raptors
-Rhino's count as being a part of whatever unit they are bought to transport, so, if they are transporting one of your troop squads, they'll count as part of that troop unit, as far as Force Org. goes anyway.
Hope this helps.
"If you can wait til I get home, then I swear we can make this last."
I just wanted to add that you should drop one of the two psychic powers on each of your aspiring sorcerers in your 1k sons squads. There was a rather lengthy debate on the forums a while back where it was determined that due to the fact that they do not actually have the MoT that they cannot use two psychic powers per turn.
IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT!
I survived LO Chat thanks to: Karmoon, Rabbit, Process, Tossy and Meish.
Guys I really appreciate your suggestions and I just tried this army list but slimmed down a bit w/out Demon Prince in a 1500 point match and w/out my CSM. I know the rhinos aren't heavy I had just messed up when listing ha ha so don't take me for an idiot !!!
-What would you suggest instead of the dreadnought, some Chosen maybe?
-I wondered about the two psykers for my sorcerers also I guess that makes it easier.
-My other concern is how do you suggest fighting Tau with this lineup, my friend plays with them and I can't beat him period!
if you fight tau a lot then when you get rid of the dreadnought and those extra pyschic powers you should add another raptor squad. In fact you could get 2 eight man squads of raptors if you've got the points.;Y
My friend plays tau and raptors crush him, but I still usually play mech. If you want to keep a mech feel then add an AT pred instead of the dread and extra powers.
Ok I think I'll take the Raptors approach and get one more squad. Should I bring them up in something though cuyz it seems that they always get about halved by the time Im up there.
you can't put raptors in vehicles because of the packs. Just hug cover and high terrain so its harder for him to shoot you before you get into combat.
Or what I do if theres no cover let the raptors follow in behind the rhinos for the first turn or if your rhino survives for 2 turns. But I don't use my raptors much so take it or leave it.
