Hey, you may, or may not, remember I posted another list that's largely similar to this one a few weeks ago. Well, that's not terribly important, I made some major revisions, and changed the legion from Black Legion to Alpha Legion.
I wanted to go for a mostly infantry based army, because I think Chaos has the coolest looking infantry models. Some problems I foresee: 1) There are better choices than the Khorne Chaos Lord for an HQ, but that's ok, I just like the thought of a flying madman that can potentially wipe out whole squads too much to pass up. He may very well kill himself in every game I use him in, and if I don't like the way it performs in the end, I'll change it. 2) The rhinos don't have anything to take priority away from them, meaning they'll probably all die immediately.

I like the list, a few comments
Not a fan of odd numbered squads
Big fan of the DP cheep hard hitting madness. Same with the lord.
Don't so much like the chosen with only 2 wounds till you're taking out good guns or a powerfist. I'd drop a plasma gun and make the squad 8.
What you mentioned about the rhinos is prolly an issue. You could make the vanilla troops choice chosen and add an icon. The zerkers and rhino could be replaced with more noise marines.OR add more rhinos to the force.
I like a good troop based army. I would try a couple things though.
Chosen: Make them 8. Done.
Termis: I like plasmas, but, whatever. Meltas work too. Plasmas take out marines better.
Troops: good vanilla CSM's. Might go with Meltas instead.
I would take out the Zerkers and add another Noise Marine squad similar to the one you have. I would make them 7 men. Odd squads are actually better, your opponent has to kill more to get them under 50%.
Might be a few points over, but i think this would be a better set up. To get down to points you could take out a Raptor, since 7 or 8 your opponent still has to kill the same to get you below half.
Otherwise, looks good to me!
I've gone and made 1 minor change, I got rid of 1 of the terminators to make it a squad of 4, and added 2 more chosen, bringing their total up to 10.
I think I would still like to see a little more fire support in this list. I would still say to take out the zerkers and then add a Noise Marine squad of 7 and add 1 man to your existing squad. Then drop the chosen to 9 and add back your Terminator w/ a combi weapon.
You have lots o' CC with the chosen, raptors, and both HQ's. Take some more firepower to soften those CC targets before you even get there.
Play it out both ways, see what suits your playing style and go with it!
