    hi

Hi very strong list, little to critsise about it. I'm a little worried about the raptors and deamon prince getting stranded from the slow moving elements fo your army, to help supprot the raptors I'd consider dropping a squad of nurgle marines to get a squad of termies, that can deepstrike using the raptors IoN and give them some support, hope this helps,

Alright, well i figure with the oblits i can afford to drop a special weapon out of a squad to shave those 4 points. gilli, thanks for the advice, and i know terminators are pretty fluffy for nurgle, but im not getting a warm and fuzzy about the list. but out of curiosity, i will throw up both my new lists and see which one you all like more. Thanks!

    Hi

I do know what your saying but I like the second list better, you can move the raptors foward and then get some support from the termies, I think this combo could crush a flank, since you can't charge on the turn you charge, I go with 4 combi plasma's, rather then the reaper autocannon and the pair of lightning claws, if you do shave this and the MoN (sorry) you can put back in the third oblitorator, sorry if this ruins the whole nurgle feel but it will defianley improve the list as there is an oblitorator per squad of PM's,

I like the second list better as well but I would make different changes to the Terminators. I would drop the extra powerfist, the lightning claws and the reaper autocannon. Then I'd add a 5th Terminator (That'd give you six, if I'm not mistaken) and leave enough points for to add a heavy flamer, upgrade the champ to a chainfist and give the rest of the squad combi-plasmas.

Ok, well i can see dropping the PF and LCs, but why get rid of the reaper autocannon? that thing rocks.

Could be the aspect of the reaper costing you about as many points as another terminator. (But that could also be a redundant way of thinking about it, since anyone who buys a plasmagun is essentially spending enough points to buy another marine.)

Thats very true, and there are a ton of ways to look at it. But in my eyes taking the reaper autocannon vs another termie almost no contest. correct me if im wrong.

with another termie, yeah, thats another wound in the unit and power weapon, but that power weapon is going to be usless off the bat, id have to scrounge up another termie model and paint it. where as a reaper autocannon is extremely useful when you esstientally stuck in the ground when you deep strike in. The reaper autocannon is great all around anti infantry and alright anti tank. I dunno, just in my eyes a chaos termie squad is like a space marine squad without a assualt cannon, you just dont do it. but again, enlighten me if you think im straying on the wrong path here.
