Up the Bloodletter units to 8 (for fluff reasons too!) men each and give somebody an instrument of chaos. That uses up nearly all the points.
If I've replied, i've probably used Italics...

Personally I would drop the second bloodcrusher squad (add 1 bloodcrusher to the other unit) and call it 1500...

The more points on the table the more stuff your opponent will have to blunt a daemonzilla list. As there is only 5 MC you can have... With less points involved the army will dominate...

I really like the idea of lowering the points total to 1500. It will drastically limit my opponents ability to fend away my monsters.
How does the daemons fare against Nids?

I love this list! It has win big or lose big written all over it.

I have a couple of ideas:

a). Bloodthirsters: give them both Blessing of the Blood God and Instrument of Chaos. If you can find the points add Unholy Might too.

b). I think it also might be worth considering some Flesh Hounds, just to get enemy units Locked as quickly as possible. Losing a unit of Bloodcrushers will get you quite a few.

To be honest, 5 big Daemons (maxed out) + loads of Flesh Hounds could be a really good list. What a pity we have to take Troops choices, though minimum sized Bloodletter units with Icons could be useful.

    Hope this helps

The Daemonzilla works well against nidzilla... The Invul save goes a long way, and our Greater Daemons can wipe out a fex a turn (but a fex cant kill a Greater Daemon well its unlikely...)

I like the idea of dropping down to 1500 points because it will limit your opponents quite a bit. I would try to up the troop squads though as five is a bit low...

Just keep in mind that if you plan on using this list come 5th edition (right on the horizon), then you should probably consider beefing up your Troops section a bit. Lists like this (and Nidzilla lists) won't be nearly as viable as Troops are likely going to be your only scoring units.

I like the idea of the list, but I am not at all a fan of min/maxing Troops; definitely beef up the Bloodletters.

I have updated the original list. If I didn't do an all khornate list, then I'd take lots and lots of nurglings as my Troops choices. They can hold objectives and quarters as noone else.
