well as the name implies most of the list is Tzeentch Daemons but the Nurglings and Bloodletters should help balance it out. the "Favored" mark is saying that this is my pick for Daemonic assault. now for tactics the Nurglings are like a wall that can block and lock up attackers to my firing Daemons the Daemon Princs is a fire magnet seeing as hes but scary and can fire sum good shots and The Blue Scribes will be in my group of 7 Horrors.(for fluff to make it 9 Horrors in the group) i think this is a good set but lets see who you lot fill.
The Blue Scribes-#1-130pts
(the Changeling, Bolt of Tzeentch, Chaos Icon,)
(The Blue Scribes, Bolt of Tzeentch, Chaos Icon,)
(Instrument of Chaos,)
Daemon Princs of Tzeentch-#1-190"Favored"
(Mark of Tzeentch, Iron Hide, Bolt of Tzeentch, Daemonic Gaze,)

I do not think you should take the daemon prince. Switch him out for more core units.

I can't seem to shake off the feeling that you somehow lack fighting power... :) The Nurglings can only do so much, and the Horrors can't do anything in CC, so that leaves everything to the single unit of Bloodletters, and the Daemon Prince. I can see it working against IG, for example, but let's say you're facing Marines, the shots from the Horrors shouldn't be enough to really make a big enough dent in their front lines (since Marines and their 3+ saves will really help them survive the Warpfire shots). Leaving the Flamers and the Blue Scribes (and their great Breath of Chaos attack) for the second wave might see them deepstriking in and finding no real units to fire at since everything will be locked in combat by then.
I know it depends a lot on many factors, so maybe someone can give more qualified and experienced commentaries than I can ;) I would be curious to see how this list performs, though! :D Best of luck :)
(PS: The word you are looking for is "Favored" :) )

Your right i need more!
i see what your saying and the Horrors lack power in CC but the plan is to drop the Nurglings like a net in front of the Horrors and send the Bloodletters to do want thay do best. and if that did not work The Blue Scribes have sum fun and cast things like Breath of Chaos Pavane of Slaanesh and Boon of Mutation. but ill till you how it goes as soon as i get a good play test
