Night Lords, 2,000 points (Semi Competitive)

Alright, so I have been wanting to start Night Lords for awhile, and at the Meet-Up I was inspired to finally get them off the ground. This list is designed to be true to the fluff, whilst still being semi-competitive (Maybe not tournament play, but definately playing people other than my friends group). Karmoon has already helped me with building this list, however both he and I believe that I should put it on LO for some more critiquing.
So, without further adue, let me give you my list.

    Looks pretty good.
My only thought would be the Rhinos may end up big targets, being your only vehicles.
Hopefully your Obliterators would take some heat off them (as well as cover).

I'm not sure about the Chainfist on the Terminators. I've never had any luck getting my Terminators into combat with vehicles, and you could save some points by just taking Power Fists.

Other than those two minor things, it looks like a very good list.

Half Gods are worshiped with Wine and Flowers. Real Gods are worshiped in Blood.

It looks like a solid core, my only criticism is that your squads are too small. I would go for fewer squads but higher numbers. With fifth if they aren't big, your expensive characters or special weapons just get picked out too easy. I like my raptors in 10+ and terminators at least 6+

The terminators generally die nomatter what, and thus are kept small so they can be a throwaway unit. The heavy flamer being picked out is not a huge deal to me, as it gets its points back in 1/2 turns anyway.

The raptors, you may be right on. I have playtested 10 man squads, but neevr 8, so I am not entirely sure. I will run them as 8 man to begin with (as I only have enough Night Lords heads to do 8 man squads so far) and may consider upping the sizes after.
Another reason I like 8 man squads is that it keeps them cheaper than my normal squads, meaning that I don't feel as bad about sending them forward first.

Thank you for your advise, and I may be revising this list a little ( have come to love the idea of dual dreadnoughts going forward, so I may drop a terminator squad for a second one), so any critique is great.
