    HQ:
    Chaos Lord: 105
    -Power Weapon

    Elites:
    3x Terminators: 110
    -2x Combi-meltas, 1 Powerfist

    3x Terminators: 110
    -1 Heavy Flamer, 1 Combi-flamer, 1 Twin Lightning Claws

    Troops:
    9 CSM: 160
    - Icon of Chaos Glory, 1 Plasma Pistol

    10 CSM in Rhino with Combi-melta: 265
    - Icon of Chaos Glory, 2x Meltas, AC w/ fist

    10 CSM in Rhino with Combi-flamer: 245
    - Icon of Chaos Glory, 2x Flamers

    Heavy Support:
    Posessed Vindicator: 145

    Defiler: 150
    -extra CCW instead of Reaper

    Possesed Land Raider: 240
    Total: 1500 points

    The Plan:
    Drive like hell forwards with 2 rhinos and LR (with Lord and 9 CSM) covered by Vindie and Defiler. The terminators will (hopefully) deepstrike via Icons and wreak havoc, when the CSM are close to the enemy.
    Everything in the army have a very destinct goal; either to kill infantry or tanks.

    Anyway, Im a Guard player, who are seeking a new playstyle, so I went and bought the Chaos Renegade Spearhead box, so if there are some glaring tactical mistakes, feel free to correct me.

    Since no-one has bothered to reply, Im unsure if its because the army is hopefully stupid or overpowered?!

    Anyway some feedback would be nice, before I start to construct an unplayable army.

    And feedback you will have..... Here we go.

    HQ: He is a bit poor with only one more attack than a squad champion, he is also more easy to kill due to the IC status. I would give him 2 lightening claws or drop him for a cheap daemon prince with say MoN & doombolt.

    Termies: Not bad. Either stay with the small squads where it isn't worth giving them an Icon or merge them and get IoCG or IoT for staying power.

    Troops: First squad (if it is going in the LR) should get IoK to really boost their impact in combat or even swap them for berserkers. A champ with power fist would also go well here. Other squads look good but I would prefer to see meltas in both squads. Actually I would probably drop all the combi weapons from the transports for points to put in upgrades elsewhere.

    Heavy: OK. Vindicator can loose possession if you need the points. Extra armour on the land raider can give you some of the benefits of possession without reducing your BS but then your weapons are all twin linked. If you swap one weapon on the defiler for a CCW I think you may as well swap both.
