Chaos Sorceror Mark of Tzeentch, Bolt of Change, Wind of Chaos 185
4 Thousand Sons Aspiring Sorceror Bolt of Change 177 pts
5 Khorne Berserkers, Skull Champion, 1 plasma pistol, power weapon 150 pts
lol how is it?
Is the plasma pistol on the skull champion? If so I'd suggest switching it to a regular berserker so the champ doesn't get fried. Or you could just remove the plasma pistol and the power weapon from the berserker squad to give the champion a power fist, just incase they get caught in close combat with a high toughness monstrous creature, a walker or something similar.
Take away the plasma pistol altogether. At 500 pts total you dont want an expensive close combat specialist frying himself, even less the champion. Spend the points on a fist instead, or find points to a rhino for the zerkers.

Tricked out Tzeench sorcerer is way too expensive for a 500pt game IMO. Making a plain budget sorcerer with doombolt would be much more effective and use the extra points to bulk up squads and get a powerfist for the skull champ. Similarly, ditch bolt of change on the aspiring sorc for doombolt.
At 500 points you're not likely to see targets heavy enough to need even one bolt of change, much less two. Better off with more models.
In order to keep under the point limit, I would remove the plasma pistol because it is primarily a close combat unit, so he keeps the power weapon, and your sorcerer is much more powerful.
Hope that helps.
