The total points is 999. The bikes act as anti-tank and a flanking assault group. The Noise Marines and the Zerkers are the primary assault force, and the CSM act as a backup and anti-horde group. When moving to higher points lists the plan would be to add in a couple predators, and possible swap out one of the rhinos for a land raider.
Suggestions are welcome.
Chaos Lord - 165
- Demon Weapon (Blissgiver)
3 Chaos Bikers - 119
- 2 Meltas
10 CSM - 215
- 2 Flamers
10 Slaaneshi Adrenaline Cult (counts as Zerkers) - 275
- Skull Champ
- Power Weapon
6 Noise Marines - 225
- 5 Sonic Blasters
- Noise Champ
- Power Weapon
- Doom Siren
Looks like a good list, well done =]
I may not YET be in possesion of the chaos marines codex, but the "Slaaneshi Adrenaline Cult Warriors" are greatly assault based, so instead of a rhino which they disembark from and have to endure a turn of shooting before they can assault, get a land raider. Scince the raider is an assault vehicle, they can hop out and get stuck strait in. No cant assault after disembarking rubbish.
Im in the same possition, my army blueprint has a squad of zerkers, but ive not enough points left to buy them a raider. Unfortunately, raiders tend to cost alot of points, so feel free to ignore this quite useful but most probably un-needed help
Yeah, for bigger point games, I would like a Land Raider. But in 1000 points that's a huge investment for one vehicle.
