This is very much a lash-n-pie-plate army. Few points:
- I'd drop the dozer blades on each rhino
- Consider swapping our the sorcs for Daemon Princes, who out-do them in every way. [give them wings]
- Switch one or two squads to dual plasma instead of melta, for the anti-infantry
- Perhaps consider dropping an oblit or two to fund havoc launchers on all your rhinos
- And getting a defiler [it doesn't have an overheat chance, bigger blast, and has armor]
The lack of armor means your oponent is going to aim his lascannons right at your oblits, 2's to wound and your 5+ inv isnt going to save much =]

Also, depending on the tournament, it's not gonna score you any sportsmanship points.
It's one of those lists that everyone hates playing against, and constantly whines about.
But, if you don't care about that, I'd agree with the points above, save for the havok launchers.
Maybe drop a unit of plagues, get rid of the dozer blades, swap one of their weapons out for plasmas, add a defiler, and upgrade the HQ to DPs.

I need to find a way to get those extra points in
1) Icons
Why not a Personal Icon for a prince, and an Icon of Chaos for 1 or maybe 2 of the Nurgle Squads?
This will improve your summoning of the oblits, should you leave them off the table ... which would also keep them alive longer.
2) Trade 1 or 2 Havoc launchers to make your melta squads 8 men strong.
At least 1 of your rhinos will be forward, in a bad spot. You have 4, and there will not be enough cover for 4 rhinos on any table. At least 1 rhino will get popped.
Even if the enemy doesn't blow up a rhino, at least 1 of your rhinos will move the max distance and pop smoke to screen the other rhinos, meaning no shooting of the havoc launcher.
Your melta squads are assault squads anyway ... your plasma squads would rather stand and shoot. Why not make the melta squads 8 man strong, which gives them better melee and more shooting (extra bolter)?

Hmm... I am starting to like this list better lol, thanks a lot wolf, I have a question though, If the rhino moved 6'' could it fire the havoc launcher and have a sorc use a spell from the fire point?

1) Sorc Question - You can't cast spells in a vehicle. He must get out.
2) The Princes can move 12" and then cast lash every turn. Much better than a sorc.
3) Princes can't have icons, error I made earlier.
4) You have 5 points left, give a personal icon to one of your plague marine squads ... I would give it to a plasma gun squad.

Yeah they can, the day I learned this was the day I found how tactically superior they are to DP, First off they are much smaller targets and thus can hide in cover more efficiently and second the option of hopping into a rhino and being a lash transport helps a TON when facing opponents like orks or a khornate enemy, which is why im in the process of finding out if you can use the fire point and the HL if you move 6'', if so im heading straight back to them.
On a side note: Im having difficulty deciding if a defiler is REALLY worth sacrificing 2 obliterators

One of my near final drafts, I may keep sportsmanship points by using normal sorcs and not being so oblit heavy, my plague marines will certainly keep objectives well and since my sorc is attached to the plagues he gains the toughness bonus (at least while attached). Next step is figuring out why my death guard army has slaneesh leaders >< (if there is a nurgle HQ which can keep its weight at GT please let me know)
