Elites: Drop the possessed. Really, they suck and you could get 7 berserkers with a power weapon for a similar cost. Terminators should take 3-4 combi plasma and 1 combi melta or a heavy flamer. 1 Chain fist should be fine.
Troops: Noise marines should take 5-6 sonic blasters and nothing else. Use them as fire support and you save a large chunk of points from dropping the champs. When the enemy approach feel free to move back 6" and fire assault 2 shooting. Use points from the possessed to get a 10 man CSM squad with plasmas or meltas and IoCG.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
thanks for the tips
how about if i swap the possessed for a squad of 5 havocs with lascannon, autocannon and 2 missile launchers.

Any tips at taking down triksey Eldar???
I think the most important thing to remember when fighting eldar is that the whole army is a glass cannon. They're great at killing things, but can't take return fire worth a damn. To play as Eldar (I don't but my friend does) you have to have all parts of the army working together towards a specific goal. Break this tactic apart and they'll crumble like guardsmen.
Direct heavy fire against things that can cause lots of damage, wraithlords, avatars, walkers, aspect warriors that make you wet yourself, anything dangerous like that. Your opponent will have a plan as Eldar, you need to have a better one before hand, you can't just expect to respond to what he does or he'll make you play his game the entire time.
Don't just automatically shoot AT at vehicles and everything else where it's convenient, his vehicles are some of the hardest to take down in the game and are deceptively weak. With a lot of his vehicles it's often a better idea to ignore them and find better targets until he opens up the right opportunity.
If you can, get your hands on his codex for a while, study it, know which units are for what and exactly what they're capable of. That way you can assault his shooting squads, and shoot his assault squads. You can know where to direct your fire and when.
That's about the only advice I can give without any lists or anything.
Thanks for all the feedback, keep it comming with the advice
Here's my revised list:
Daemon Prince, MoS, wings, Lash of Submission. 155pts
5 Noise Marines, 5 Sonic Blasters. 125pts
5 Noise Marines, 4 Sonic Blasters, Blastmaster. 180pts
5 Plague Marines, 2 Flamers. 125pts
5 Terminators, 4 combi-plasmas, heavy flamer, chainfist. 170pts
5 Havocs, lascannon, autocannon, 2 missile launchers. 170pts
Any tips on the new list, any changes that I should make ect.
