Go back and check your CSM costs, as they're a bit more expensive than what you've listed.

I would also suggest looking at the size of your units. 10 is the most common with CSM because at that point you may take 2 special weapons. It is also the max allowed in a Rhino, and good size to soak wounds and still be useful. Why would you stop at 9 or 8, not give the 10 squad 2 specials or even a Rhino?
Also you will have to be EXTEREMELY careful with all those Dreads. Frenzy can really hurt yourself with those set ups. Missile Launchers are much safer (as you can choose to use frag against yourself if the closest is Mechanized or Krak against if you are closest with a squad) to minimize losses. Also if you do drop to Missile Launchers you will have points to change the squads as I have mentioned previously.
Taking a second look you have all flamers and heavy bolters. While this will be outstanding against a troop heavy list it will not do a thing against heavy Mechanized lists. A smart opponent that is Mechanized will just focus on the 3 Dreads. Once those are out of the way you are helpless. Again, I suggest a little more variety. Give one squad some Meltas. Add a few more powerfists. Give some of your tanks some high AP weapons. Spread out your attack types so if one portion of your army is killed you are not rendered useless.
I know it is hard as there is soo much cool stuff. Just think about what has been offered to you and post a revised list here. I promise to re-evaluate if you would like. Took me forever to get a list I am comfortable with. Keep going.
thanks for the help, i cant post a full revised list now as im in school. Would removing one dreadnought and using the points to buff the CSM squads to 10 and inclouding a couple of meltaguns.
