Your basic list is very tight, but definately lacks enough ranged anti-tank. I assume the Lash is to place the enemy where your Vindi's can obliterate them.

Your walking PMs need 2x Plasmaguns. Why not lose 1xRhino. and have two walking PMs with PF/2x PG. Alternatively, downgrade the 8 man walking Nurgle, and have +1 Oblit, and a few CSMs for sitting on an Onjective

    HQ: Good.

Troops: PMs are great. I would just use sonic blasters on the noise marines. They can move backwards and fire so shouldn't need the champion or PW. The blastmaster is expensive and hampers your movement.

Elites: Unreliable. Drop it for a third oblit.

Heavy: Good. Take twin CCWs on the defilers.

Remmaining points I would spend on more noise marines and split them into 2 units of 6-8.

That is really great advice from mad cat. However i am thinking that instead of a third obliterator you might want to take a small force of CSM instead of the dreadnought. This will add a few bodies to your team as well as a versatile scoring unit. I think that you have quite a bit of long range support and quite honestly you have enough to take no troops other than Khorne Berserkers (just trying to make a point). I would take the CSM as they will give you a lot of freedom and options.
