hey guys i already have daemon prince, sorcer, rhino berzerks with p fist, and 8 noise marines, 7 soonic, 1 blastmaster... im looking for a army built the double lash, lots of pie plates

so ive been having trouble working out a list using typhus...im new to chaos space marines and would really appreciate the help

It had be cool if you would like to do an armylist for me.

About 1750 pts.
I usually use 2x Lash, one on bike and one Prince, I do like it but I don't win so much. ^^' My friends often use some ability to mess up for my sorceres, with some counter spell, (Eldar and Tyranids).

This is what I have to my disposal, of course you may include models that I haven't.
(I have thoughts on buying some new models, maybe Thousand sons or a lord. What do you think?)

1 Prince (it happens I use him as a G.Daemon.)
1 Lord w Jump pack.
1 dreadnought
5 terminators

CSM, about 15. (Used as havocs/chosen sometimes.)
2 rhinos (one is a Pred, I'm not playing in turnaments so we don't take is so serious)

5 bikers
1 ob
2 defilers
1 LandR

I would love if you guys could make a full Tzeentch army for me.
it will need to be an competitive 1750 list. you are free to use every model in the codex whit the exceptions listed below.

1: must include an sorcer
2: must include an lord whit DW
3: no other marks than MoT
4: one defiler
