    Tzeentch and Khorne Army List

    Hi again. I play-tested my old army a couple of times, and decided that some things really needed to be changed, so this is sorta what I had in mind. Your opinions are appreciated:

    HQ

    -Lord with Terminator Armour, Mark of Tzeentch, Deathscreamer 160 (Got a really good deathscreamer conversion that I kinda wanted to flaunt, but let me know if I should opt for another Lord, and please don't tell me I need a lash prince, I don't like Slaanesh, they are pinkish and perverted. Besides, he's pretty cost-effective.)

    Elites

    -8 Terminators with Mark of Tzeentch, 4 Combi-weapons (change according to army in facing i guess), 2 Power fists, 2 Chain fists, 4 Champions 385 (my main problem was that these guys were getting shot to pieces, even if I DS them)

    -Dreadnought with Heavy Flamer and Additional DCCW (or twin-linked heavy bolter) 105

    -Dreadnought with Plasma Cannon 105

    Troops

    -8 Khorne Berserkers, Skull Champion with Power fist, Dedicated Rhino 243 (found I really needed the power fists after versing toughness 5 foes)

    -8 Khorne Berserkers, Skull Champion with Power fist, Dedicated Rhino 243

    -7 Thousand sons, Sorceror with Doombolt 231

    Heavy Support

    -Defiler (2 Extra DCCW) 150 (is this viable, because I want him to fire his battle cannon, and assault, but can h e move after firing an ordanance 1 weapon?)

    -2 Obliterators 150

    -3 Obliterators 225

    1997 Points

    For your termies, try the Karmoon special (4 termies, 1 PF, 3 combi-melta, 1 HF). Take the Champion upgrade off of them as well, those points can be better used somewhere else. Also, if you fear them getting shot up, try replacing the squad of 3 Oblits, with Land Raider and throw a squad of Termies and your HQ into it.

    my advice to you is to get some fast attack. in an army that has anything to do with khorne, raptors are a must. also, instead of getting two lords, why not consider getting a sorcerer with terminator armour and mark of tzeench. if you want to stay around 2000 pts but you want to change things, you should try dropping your 2 obliterators, 3 should be enough for the size of your army.

    btw, tzeench and khorne disciples in the same army is kinda strange. not telling you to change all of your tzeench or khorne stuff but i think that though you may not like him, slaanesh works ok with khorne stuff and nurgle works well with tzeench stuff. Khorne being a close combat specialist is kinda strange with tzeench who uses alot of range. Im probably a bad person to suggest this though seeing as i have a Khorne/Nurgle army, lol.

    Well thats a good thing then because I didn't even buy those thousand sons.

    I like obliterators too much. They are one of the only heavy support choices worth taking. And I'm not going above 2000.

    But getting rid of those thousand sons, I have 231 points spare to do this:

    -8 Raptors

    -Mark of Khorne

    -Champion with either power fist or twin lightning claws

    230 points
