cant change the noise marines or the termianator lord i already haethem and am not getting more the rest can be changed and NO TANKS
HQ: Too many points here. Abaddon is expensive but when footslogging he is quite easy to avoid. Getting a second HQ to do a similar thing is a waste and deepstriking them is a big risk. I would reclassify your Lord as a terminaror champion then buy a nice daemon prince such as Lash, MoS & wings. This guy can bring victims towards your terminators. Droop abaddon too as the termies should win all combats anyway.
Elites: Rather than buy champ upgrades for them, just get more termies. A few without pairs of claws can work well giving you a little firepower (combi plasmas?) as well as allowing you to take wounds on these guys preserving the claw guys. Also get a chain fist in there just in case an enemy dread locks you in combat.
Troops: Noise marines are ok but can loose the champion. Use them as fire support and they should never get that close. Upgrade both PM squads to 7.
With the points saved from the HQ upgrade the termies to 6 or so and you should have enough points for another troop choice or use pairs of obliterators.
