    1500 /w Khorne flavor

    Hey all, putting together an army list for some friendlies. Trying to limit my proxying, so the below is partly formed by what models I can access. Keeping a general Khorne theme, but not full blown World Eaters. Let me know what you think, glaring weakness, etc.

    HQ
    - Kharn 165
    - Deamon Prince /w MoK and Wings 140

    Elite
    - Dreadnought /w PlasC, DCCW 105

    Troops
    - 7x Zerkers + Skull Champ /w PF 208

    - CSM /w 2x Melta, Champ /w PF, IoCG, Rhino 255

    - CSM /w 2x Flamer, Champ /w PF, IoCG, Rhino 245

    Heavy Support
    - Land Raider 220
    - Vindicator /w Demonic Possesion 145

    Zerkers plus Kharn go into LR. A bit worried about this, eggs in one basket and all that, but I think can be successful. Just a big target, but packs a wallop. Could also tool around a CSM squad to 9 models, drop a flamer, switch to MoK, and put Kharn with that group. Spreads the threat around a little more perhaps.

    I think this puts me at 1483. Maybe a combi-weapon or Havoc Launcher on a Rhino? Thanks for any comments.

    one of the things i would droped on your list is the PC on the Dread, i would rather give him 2 DCCW.

    I personally am not a fan of dreads. Frenzy is just too hard to deal with.

    Troops

    This is good I would suggest a rhino for them.

    - CSM /w 2x Melta, Champ /w PF, IoCG, Rhino 255

    - CSM /w 2x Flamer, Champ /w PF, IoCG, Rhino 245

    I would give them both meltas. I like the fact you gave them IoCG. How many are in these squads? Is it eight? If so I would suggest trying to get a little bit more troop power.

    Heavy Support

    - Vindicator /w Demonic Possesion 145

    You might want to think about another heavy selection. Maybe and oblit or something. You will have a hard time with tanks. Over all I think this is a good list .

    Thanks for the comments. Sorry, its 10 models in the CSM squads total. Any less and you can only take 1 special weapon. I was thinking about both with meltas as well, but was figuring I needed a little more anti-horde so I threw flamers on one group. Meltas might be better though *shrug*

    I always seem to have trouble with zerkers in a Rhino and getting the charge. I've used them in an LR once or twice in the past and it went over well, but it is a large point sink...

    I think I'll try dropping the dread and see what that can free up.

    What you can do to help with the rhinos and getting the charge is when you exit the rhino you can use it as a shield. Park it sideways and dismount behind it. So that a) you don't get shot up, and It gives the enemy something they have to go around. It works for me.

    I think the list looks great. Definately keep the LR for Kharn and his "retinue", I've been using the combination for a while and it works great. I would definately remove the dread as they are very hard to plan around and also remove demonic posession from your vindicator. Use the points from these cuts to field a predator w/ sponson lascannons for extra long range anti-tank.
