Right there are a couple of things i noticed, and hopefully we can find someway to sort em out.
First one was your terminators, nothing wrong with their set ups but they lack a delivery system. From the looks of things they would be deep striking or foot slogging and against 'nids that isn't going to be too fun, or give you a chance to get those combi plasmas next to a fex.
So i suggest either taking another squad set up the same to deep strike with them, hopefully together to give each squad some support, or enlarge the single squad you have, more wounds are nice, or a land raider
I'm kind of interested in your troops choices. For playing 'nids, i would suggest fielding more standard CSM, they have great fire output and are reasonable in combat, they will hold their own, combined with more noise marnes with sonic weapons, their fire output is amazing and would cause some serious havoc to a nid list with sheer weight of fire.
Plagues are a good choice, in cover they will be hard to shift and blight grenades make assaulting them a bit tougher, their plasmas and FNP could also be nice against some nid MCs.
Serkers seem a strange choice, trying to out combat a combat army as nids is pretty rough, the only real way i seem them surviving is if they get the charge if you have segregated the army elsewise, you will probably end up being multi assaulted and swamped.
A defiler is a nice choice, a pair of them even better, large blast templates at strength 8 ap 3 will wreak havoc among a nid list, and they can do some decent damage in close combat too. They are a good fight against fexes
Hope that gives you something to chew on
thanks, keep em commin
