I buy much of anything more, so I'm making due with what I have.
Here it is:
5x termies: 2x PF, 1x CF, 2x combi melta, 1x heavy flamer, MoN
2x bikes: 2x melta guns, MoN
1x Champ: PF
5x Chosen: 3x PW, 1x PF, 1x flamer, MoK
9x marines: 1x Plasma, 1x Heavy Bolter, Icon of chaos
1x Champ: PW
4x Plague Marines: 2x melta, Personal Icon
1x Champ, PF
4x Plague Marines: 2x melta
1x Champ, PF
5x Havoc: 2x AC, 2x HB, Icon of chaos
1X Pred: 3x las, Demonic
The concept is fairly simple. Depending on the mission, typhus and crew deepstrike in and either hit up armour or crush a squad. The bikes race forward turn 1, hugging cover, looking for some armor to pop. 209 for the squad, if not used correctly its a waste.
The 10 man non mounted marines are for objective claims/Havoc shield. Plague marines ride forward looking for armor and objectives. Small squads, but they start in a tin can, and have some staying power, avoid power weapons and battlecannons.
The havocs sit back and shoot infantry. Pred does the same but for armour.
The chosen got thrown in for some army fluff. A small Sons of Malace squad have shown up and in the true spirit of their god (you know the secret one gw can't mention) they have set up the battle. They were going to be a 5 man reg squad but I had some points left. Couldn't decide between MoK for attacks or MoS for Initiative. In the end the PF striking last made me skip MoS. Is that solid thinking?
I look at this list and I can't find anything outragously wrong, but I don't see anything that I like... The things that stand out to me is your Predator. Lascannons are a waste of space in 5th edition and a downright gyp on points. I would replace it iff you can... I have the same attitude towards chaos bikes. Expensive and hard to use.
The Wolf time is upon us!
Rep for the Rep God! Positive for the Positive Throne!
Armies: Space Wolves, Imperial Guard, Emperors Children, Necrons, Eldar
The bikes are, quite frankly a waste of points imho. If you absolutely *must* use them, for reasons of fluff or personal choice, then drop the champ w/pf and the IoN. At best bikes can be an annoying distraction, but as the squishiest forward unit in your army they're effectively suicide troops, so it's best not to pour points into them.
I'd also drop the powerfists on all (or at least most) of the champs in favour of a power weapon/meltabomb combo. after all, 100 pts (not counting the termies) on powerfists alone is a little excessive, don't you think?
