Was tooling around with this today with a buddy of mine, was wondering what you guys all think:
HQ 1-2: Daemon Prince - 155
Troops 1-2: CSM x10 - 255
2 x Meltaguns
Rhino w/ dozer blade
Troops 3: CSM x10 - 190
Champ w/ Power Weapon + Meltabombs
Elites 1-3: Dreadnaught - 100
Heavy 1: Land Raider - 225
Heavy 2-3: Oblits x2 - 150
World Eaters: W-47 D-10 L-9
Necrons: W-19 D-3 L-2
Protectorate of Menoth: W-36 D-0 L-7
Theres nothing particularly wrong with your setup, i'd actually try it how it is for a few games and see how it works for you. I think your opponent would be very suprised to see a vanilla squad pop out a landraider armed with 2 flamers

I would take the dozer blades off(apparently they do not work if you move over 6 inches or some such), and instead of a power weapon and melta bombs replace with a power fist, put that squad back into a rhino. Use those points to put more armor, like the predator or a defiler, i would also probably drop one of the squads of oblits for another armor, usually a double of whatever you chose the first time. Redundancy can save your game.
Many people make the mistake of not taking enough armor. if you are going to run rhinos you need to run lots of armor, like dreads, defilers, preds and vindicators, to make your opponent have to leave your rhinos alone.
If you have anymore points i would add more troops, at 1500 points 3 is bare minimum and will put you at a disadvantage in objective based games
